Villa Nof Yam is a brand new ocean view villa situated in one of the best locations in Santa Teresa, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and shops.

This superbly designed space consists of 4 master bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a huge outdoor deck containing; a BBQ area, a refreshing outdoor shower, and a soothing saltwater pool.
RETREATS
In the rainy season, from April until November, we create space for wellness retreats. This luxury property has one villa, with 4 master bedrooms and one guesthouse. Together they can accommodate up to 10 people.
Outside there is a big wooden yoga shala with panoramic views of the Sea.
We offer practitioners & influencers Wellness Retreats such as Yoga, Meditation, Spiritual Ceremonies, Detox, Raw Food, and much more!
Yoga Classes with Ocean/Jungle Views
Deepening your yoga practice is easy in Santa Teresa. All of our listed resorts offer daily yoga classes, private or group classes, in a pure paradisiac, bright, and golden paradise. You can choose any yoga style you want; advanced, beginner or purely breathing exercises, whatever you desire it will probably be available!
SURFING LESSONS
Santa Teresa is one of the best places to surf. Young or old, you definitely should try surfing at least once.
Our experienced surf teachers will make sure you'll have a safe and unforgettable session and you will probably head out every day after that because surfing is just very addictive and one of the most fun experiences out there!

Tami & Ran came to Costa Rica 6 years ago for the first time and fell in love at first sight. The tranquil beaches make up the scenery, the energy of the people, and the atmosphere of a small village in paradise. And most importantly yoga and surfing. We knew at that moment that this was the place where we wanted to live.

That’s why we immediately started work on building our dream house as we set the home on the edge of the mountain stead with a full ocean view.
